船舶建造合同（部分） [2007-11-02 13:07:00.0]受人之雇，翻译了一份《船舶建造合同》中的两章，才发现真正的合同是多么复杂，光凭坐在教室里捧着一本《合同法》看是远远不够地。
考虑到版权的原因，只截取了部分译文，以供切磋，又时间较短，未及排版，诸位见谅[mrgreen]。

1. 通知义务
卖方需分别至少提前三十（30）天和至少提前七（7）天向买方及其监造师发出船舶入海试航通知和精确试航通知书（以下称“试航通知”），该试航通知应以书面形式或传真兼书面确认形式制作，其中应载明需求规格说明书中的试航时间和地点。买方及其监造师应于收到通知后迅速确认。
The BUYER and the Supervisor shall receive from the SELLER at least thirty (30) days notice in advance and seven (7) days definite notice in advance in writing or by fax confirmed in writ
