The UNCITRAL MODEL LAW ON ELECTRONIC COMMERCE was adopted in 1996, while this additional article 5 bis was adopted in 1998, so I didn´t find the tanslation of it on the Internet. After a quick reading of this Act, I got a understanding that this article is an additional regulation to article 5, therefore I translated it myself. Information shall not be denied legal effect, validity or enforceability solely on the grounds that it is not contained in the data message purporting to give rise to such legal effect, but is merely referred to in that data message.

不得仅仅以下述理由否定某项信息之法律效力、有效性或可执行性：即该信息未被包含于具备上述法律效力的数据电文中，而仅在该数据电文中有所涉及。
