The UNCITRAL MODEL LAW ON ELECTRONIC COMMERCE was adopted in 1996, while this additional article 5 bis was adopted in 1998, so I didn´t find the tanslation of it on the Internet. After a quick reading of this Act, I got a understanding that this article is an additional regulation to article 5, therefore I translated it myself.
