珠海格力电器股份有限公司董事长朱江洪，1945年11月出生于珠海。大学学历，工程师。1970年毕业于华南工学院机械系，分配到广西百色矿山机械厂，后任厂长。1988年，回到故乡珠海，先后任冠雄塑胶工业公司总经理、珠海空调器厂厂长。1992年，格力电器公司组建，出任总经理。2001年4月至今任董事长。
      Zhu Jianghong, born in Zhuhai in Nov. 1945, is Board Chairman of Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances Inc. with the college degree and the title as an engineer. After he graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineer of South China Institute of Technology in 1970, he was assigned to the Mine Machinery Plant of Baise, Guangxi and later became its Plant Manager. Then since he returned to Zhuhai, his hometown, in 1988, he had been General Manager of Guanxiong Plastics Industry Co. Ltd and Plant Manager of Zhuhai Air-conditioner Plant successively. When Gree Electric Appliances was established in 1992, he became its General Manager. And since Apr. 2001, he has been its Board Chairman.

More than a decade of rapid development has brought remarkable achievements to Gree Electric Appliances who has developed from then an unknown air-conditioner plant with the annual production capacity of less than 20000 to a noted international company which has had three manufacturing bases in Zhuhai, Chongqing and Brazil and employed a total of more than 28000 workers, with the annual production capacity of more than 15,000,000 in the household air-conditioner and the annual output value of 5 billion yuan in the commercial air-conditioner; since 1995, it has sold more than 4000 air-conditioners（sets） accumulatively, resulting in a total income of nearly 70 billion yuan and contributing more than 3.5 billion yuan to duties; during the same period, Gree has stayed at the first place in the industry for a continuation of 12 years in the output, sales and market shares of air-conditioners; in 2005, it reached 18.2 billion yuan for its sales income and surpassed 10,000,000 (sets) for its sales of household air-conditioners, leaping to the top of the world.
