说明：本规划结构可以用“一条S龙，两条轴线”来概括。文化中心主建筑群（图书馆、艺术馆、文化馆、大众艺术馆）以本地区出土的中国古代玉龙姿态作为创作主题，赋予该地区强烈特征。
     辅以天华广场为中心，使流畅优美的建筑形态更富有时代气息和地区辐射力。二条轴线构成了由公共空间为核心的广场主轴布局关系，使场地充满灵秀。美术馆－阳光厅，设计构想为海上日出景观夜间效果奇异。大剧院主入口正对文化广场中心，结合下沉环境与其他建筑形成对话关系。博物馆与图书馆关于主轴线对称，关系和谐。

Description：The planned complex can be described as “an S-shape dragon and two axes”. The main group of buildings (library, gym, cultural center, mass art gallery) adopts as its subject of creation the posture of the ancient Chinese jade dragon unearthed in the local area, which is endowed with distinctive features.
     The Tianhua Square as the center adds more modern fashion and local radiance to the smooth and graceful buildings. The two axes contribute to the layout of the square’s main axis focused on public space, which renders the square with full loveliness and elegance. The sunshine hall of the art gallery is designed with the conception of sunrise at sea, which displays unique charms at night. With its main entrance rightly against the center of the cultural square, the Grand Theater stands in a descending position metaphorically in dialogue with other buildings. The museum and the library stand in harmony and symmetry by the main axis
