1、甲方对乙方提供的图纸、工程方案进行审核后认为满意而确认签字，是乙方开始施
工的依据和条件。即使甲方审核及确认乙方提供的图纸和工程方案，乙方仍应对该图纸
和工程方案的适当性及其与甲方广告方案的一致性承担全部责任。
3、甲方与机场协商提供乙方在施工过程中的水、电及通行的便利。如因此因素影响施工
质量和施工进度，乙方不承担工期延迟的违约责任。
4、甲方按照本合同规定的付款方式，及时支付工程款。
5、甲方负责办理登机廊桥广告的所有批报文件及相关政府批文，乙方应积极和及时地提供
申请所需的材料。

10）乙方对广告媒体和相关其他乙方提供和安装的设施的安全、可靠及正常使用负有所有责任，乙方应当保持广告媒体和设施的整洁、完好、及时维护、更新，并对广告媒体和设施进行安全检查，遇台风、汛期应当采取安全防范措施。若因未及时维护、更新广告媒体和设施致使发生坍塌、坠落等事故，造成他人人身或财产损失的，乙方应承当民事赔偿责任。有鉴于此，乙方在本协议期限内，对所有的广告媒体和相关设施应当自费购买相应的保险（包括但不限于第三者责任险、财产险、火灾险）

1. After reviewing the drawings and project plan provided by Party B, Party A may sign for confirmation, which provides the foundation and condition for Party B to commence the construction. Even if Party A has reviewed and confirmed the drawings and project plan provided by Party B, the latter should also hold all liability for their appropriateness and conformity to Party’s advertising plan.
3. Party A should consult with the airport who will provide Party B with water, power supply and passage convenience. Provided that the construction quality and progress have been affected due to Party A’s failure in the above, Party B shall be free from any liability for breach of contract due to the construction delay.
4. Party A should pay the construction cost in due time in the manner of payment specified in the contract.
5. Party A should hold liability for handling all the documents for reporting and related official documents on advertisements along the air bridge, while Party B should be active and prompt to provide materials required for the application.
10. Party B should hold liability for the safety, reliability and normal use of advertising media and other facilities provided and installed by him. In particular, Party B should keep advertising media and facilities clean, intact, maintained and updated promptly, conduct the safety check and adopt prevention measures in the season of typhoon or flood for them. Party B should hold civil compensation liability for personal injury or property loss due to collapse and falling of advertising media and facilities caused by his failure in maintaining and updating them promptly. In view of this, Party B should purchase insurance (including but not limited to the third party liability insurance, property insurance and fire insurance) for all advertising media and related facilities at his own expenses within the contract term.
