According to the Guaranty Law of the People´s Republic of China, the mortgage registration of an enterprise´s equipment and other chattels shall be handled with the industry and commerce administration authorities.  <0}{0>企业动产指领取营业执照的营业性经济组织的动产。<}0{>An enterprise’s chattels refer to the movable property owned by a for-profit economic organization who has been granted with the business license. <0}{0>企业法人的分支机构在法人授权的范围内申请办理抵押物登记。<}0{>Any subsidiaries of the corporate enterprises shall conduct the mortgage registration within the scope authorized by the corporate enterprises. <0}　　{0>２．债权人与债务人就《中华人民共和国担保法》实施后产生的未清偿的债务以企业动产抵押方式作担保的，原债务已过债务履行期限的，需要变更债务履行期限，在变更债务履行期限并签订抵押合同后，登记机关依变更了债务履行期限的主债务合同和抵押合同办理抵押物登记。<}0{>2. If the creditor and the debtor agree to take the mortgaged chattels of an enterprise as a guarantee for the outstanding debt caused upon the enforcement of the Guaranty Law of the People´s Republic of China, it is necessary to alter the former time limit for the performance of the debt obligation which has expired. Upon such alteration and the conclusion of the mortgage contract, the mortgage registration shall be handled with the registration authorities in line with the master contract of debt in which the time limit for the performance of obligation has been altered and the mortgage contract. <0}
