绵延百里的秦淮河在南京大地上静静地流淌，百里秦淮孕育了两岸的青山绿水，孕育了风情万种的秦淮文化。

溧水古称“中山”，置县于隋开皇11年，距今已有1400多年历史。溧水境内丘陵起伏，河湖纵横，山水间风光旖旎，景色宜人，是国家级生态示范区。
县东、西南，东庐山、小茅山诸峰，群山起伏，峰峦耸翠，林壑幽深。县南，石臼湖烟波浩淼，朝霞夕辉，渔歌唱晚，湖中鱼肥蟹硕，日出斗金，是南京第一旅游胜处。由石臼湖泛舟，入胭脂河，过天生桥，两岸崖壁陡峭，石桥卧渡虹影，船行其中恍若置身“小三峡”。春到傅家边，万亩梅园，香雪似海；去万亩竹海度夏，风吹夏浪，绿浸人面，凉透衣袂，使人溽暑顿消；秋染无想山，层林红透，凤泉飞珠溅玉，山间道路回环，曲径幽深，湖中可垂钓泛舟；冬临溧水城，永寿寺塔银装素裹，婷婷玉立，蔼然迎客；一弯绿水穿城而过，县城内道路通畅，街市繁华，足使你流连往返。

Ranging hundreds of miles, Qinhuai River is softly flowing through Nanjing City, creating the beautiful scenery on its two banks and generating various and colorful Qinhuai cultures.

Lishui has a history of more than 1,400 years, dating back to 11 AD Sui Dynasty when it was a county called “Zhong Shan”. Now, it’s a national ecology model area with rolling hills and crossing rivers and lakes making a picturesque landscape.
In the east and southwest, Donglu Hill and Little Maoshan Mountain, range like a snake, forming deep valleys and towering, green ridges and peaks. In the south, Shijiu Lake as the first choice to travel in Nanjing owns its special beauty --- mist rising above the lake surface; sunglows at dawn and nightfall; fishermen’s singing from day to night; fleshy fishes and crabs in the lake. Travel from Shijiu Lake by boat into Yanzhi River, then come to Tiansheng Bridge, where steep cliffs are seen along the two sides of the river, with the stone bridge lying between that forms a deep tunnel, which makes you feel as if in “Little Three Gorges”. When spring arrives in Fujiabian, thousands of acres of plum trees brings you fragrance from several miles away. In summer, going to the several-thansand-acre bamboo forest to spend vacation makes you feel relieved from heat with cool winds blowing your faces when surrounded by the green sea. When autumn falls quietly, Wuxiang Mountain feels its step and gives a response --- the forest becomes red and yellow; clean springwater spatters the stones below when flowing down the mountain; the mountain path winds its way to a deep lake where whiffing and boating are expecting. In winter, covered with snow, the tall and gracefull Yongshou Temple Tower amiably welcomes its visitors. Inside the City, the green Qinhuai River throughout it, the free traffic and the City’s prosper make you feel reluctant to go back.
